Using Lead Solutions Lead Management System

The system has been designed with maximum usability in mind. Any person who can use a PC and the internet can use the lead management system, as most of the functionality merely involves entering or updating data and setting lead status.

As you can see from the images on the right hand side, the lead system is browser based and has two main areas which are laid out simply in a table format. The two main areas are the initial welcome screen detailing latest leads (or whichever parameter you wish to set for that user - it can be leads of a certain status for example) and the lead details page.

We can also configure certain roles to either have more or less access to any areas depending on the scope of the system and the information that we gather on the initial requirements engineering part of the implementation process.

For example, you may not want people with certain user access to be able to edit certain lead areas, delete records or view financial information. Specialist higher level users can run more advanced functionality in the lead system, such as adding and editing users, running reports and attaching documentation.
